Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using paid features, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Individual accounts only
Your Decryptit account is personal and intended for use by one individual. You must not publish, share, sell, transfer, or make your account credentials available to others.
If an account becomes public, is shared broadly, shows suspicious access patterns, or appears to be used fraudulently, Decryptit may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate the account while the activity is investigated. Where appropriate, we may ask the account holder to verify ownership or secure the account.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify the service operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Lifetime category access
A lifetime category purchase grants the purchasing account ongoing access to that category for as long as Decryptit operates and continues to offer it. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Access is personal, non-transferable, and has no resale value.
Fair use
You must not automate guesses, scrape the content library, interfere with the service, bypass purchase or daily-play limits, probe private routes, or attempt to obtain unrevealed answers.
Payments and refunds
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Real purchases are processed by the configured payment provider. Refund and cancellation rights may vary according to mandatory consumer law and the purchaser’s location; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Content and availability
Clues may be generated or assisted by automated systems and can occasionally contain errors. Decryptit may correct clues, aliases, difficulty ratings, categories, and service features. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will use a new terms version. Where renewed consent is required, you will be asked to accept the updated terms before a future purchase or affected action.
